Not worth the money or the time. I don't normally do auto washes but the sun was rapidly setting and I didn't have time to spray my car off myself, but my car was covered in bug splats. I bought the ultimate wash but the only thing "ultimate" about it was my disappointment. There was barely any soap from the nozzles and the additional items (wax etc) that were included in that package only ended up covering half of my car due to either blocked or defective nozzles. Do not use this car wash, left water spots all over car and even worse scratches everywhere! Should be criminal to be this bad! Now I need to bring car to get professionally cleaned and waxed. Never again will I go here and suggest you don’t either to save your self the headache and money
