Professional, organized, and kind; Marvin's been doing this for 7+ years, he really knows his stuff. I felt taken care of and wasn't cheated in the slightest. Five stars. 2024 Edit: It's been two years since my last visit and I had Marvin clean/wax my exterior with his mobile trailer -he was good about communicating his ETA and arrived early; also had the right chemicals to remove factory glue from a DIY badge delete I was having trouble with.
