Told me $39 over the phone. Picked up car was charged $69.99. I asked the reason and they said it was very dirty. I paid the $69.99 and it still isnt clean. Very unprofessional and feel like I got overcharged. Would not recommend.
Whoever answered was in a bad mood cut me off before I could even describe the car I drive by answering in a sarcastic way “Well I don’t know what kind of car you drive”. Didn’t think it could be a bother asking. Lost a potential customer. Hope they have the day they deserve.
I’ve taken my vehicles here before. Recently I bought my daughter a used car for her birthday. Took the car here for a detailed wash. The guys did a great job!! The tech asked me to look things over to make sure they didn’t miss anything which was appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Prices went up and quality went down. Want to upcharge for every detail that they claim isn't standard. For these prices I expect a "detailed" clean. Recommend to find someone else.
