Tried to go twice today. Waited and waited… nobody came out. Left the first time and went back at 1:40. Waited and waited. Another lady had pulled up and waited. She finally went to ask someone who was finishing a car. His response was there are 2 other workers inside. She enters to get their attention and they’re sitting there with their feet up. Auto Spa was a luxury for me. I quit going about a year ago because twice in a row when my windows were cleaned, they were cloudy. The next day after sitting on the lot at work, I could barely see out of my windshield and side windows. I drive 270 into west county for work. It’s treacherous- imagine not being able to see. Spent about $100 to get the car washed, wipe out inside and do a hand wax. Left a $25 tip only to find out I still had crumbs in my seats, crumbs in the phone charger, rubber on the on the door jambs still filthy, and all my windows are streaked. Also didn't empty the small trash can in the cup holder. What a bummer.
They don't close at 6:00 anymore they close at 5:00 and if you pull in at 5:00 on the dot they will not take care of you.
This was the first time I’ve ever been there. I told them that I wasn’t sure what I was ordering. I told them that I wanted the inside, detailed, I didn’t really care about the outside It was more about cleaning the inside. It was There was still funky crap all over the interior. There was still stuff all over it was not vacuumed well at all. There were still literal chunks of dirt in the doors. I would not recommend this at all. Definitely wasn’t worth the $70 I paid.
