Unattentive, inconsiderate, property violating, non caring about getting the job done properly. Will be discontinuing the plan. Just not worth the bucks... Vacuum job is a joke. Simply put, there are far better washes out there. If I was any closer to general grants I'd keep going there. I think this place needs better management. Update* Nothing has changed in 5 years. Great Place to get your car detailed! MacKenzie went above and beyond! Great customer service and he really paid attention to detail... i have 2 kids - so trash food etc everywhere, mud snow and more! MacKenzie anf his team made my suv look brand new! Thanks so much guys!
These kids need better training, get off their phones, and actually wipe things down without leaving a greasy mess everywhere.
Hello. I visited your Telegraph Road location on Saturday, November 2nd, at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon. While I was satisfied with the end result, with the exception of some areas that could have been vacuumed better, the overall experience was frustrating. First, it took over an hour to get my car back despite there being only three other parties in the waiting area (all of which waited as long, if not longer).
