If you value your hard-earned dollar, I would avoid this business. I paid for their top tier service. When my truck was finished, I expressed concern that the running boards were not wiped down. The young man said "Running boards? We do not do running boards". He then became belligerent and started walking away. On closed inspection, only two of my tires/wheels were cleaned, my wheel wells were filthy and my floor mats (that I paid extra to have cleaned) were still very dirty. Unattentive, inconsiderate, property violating, non caring about getting the job done properly. Will be discontinuing the plan. Just not worth the bucks... Vacuum job is a joke. Simply put, there are far better washes out there. If I was any closer to general grants I'd keep going there. I think this place needs better management. Update* Nothing has changed in 5 years.
