The only star this place gets is for the guy who tried helping me yesterday. I went through twice and the car was still filthy. The water jets barely work, the dryers don’t dry hardly anything, and the scrubbers are definently not scrubbing. It doesn’t matter what wash you get, it’s not cleaning the car. Instead of spending money to create a car wash that actually cleans the car, they install a second car lane so 2 people can pay for a wash at the same time. Why? I have two complaints. #1 step up the vacuum game. Half the time they arn't turned on and when they are actually running, they are clogged up and pretty much useless. Many car washes also supply cleaner and rags for customers but for some reason, you don't offer this. #2 you're operating hours are suppose to be 7AM to 7PM. I regularly arrive at 630ish in the evening to find the staff shutting things down already.
