I bought the $25 a month membership and canceled it before I even left. Vacuums didn't work well, water spots were all over my car, they do not provide towels or cleaning supplies for drying off your car or cleaning the inside. Very disappointed. I did go into the office for a refund they canceled my membership yet to see if I will be refunded that money
The system was having problems coming off track, the employee told me to put it in neutral and stop pressing the brake pedal I told him I had it in neutral and didn’t have my foot on the brake pedal, I been going to this car wash for 5 years I know what I’m doing , in the middle of the wash the system started acting up again, the employee blame it on me again saying I should not be on my phone, I told him that’s not causing the problem he got mad and started yelling to drive out, so I drove out and cancelled my 2 memberships
Giving only 1star because of my experience yesterday. I would normally rate it 4 stars. After I already paid $18 the employee told me that since I had so much mud on my steps that it they might not get it clean because the boss had informed them to spray and go because they were so busy. Your regular normal car wash. Couple dollars more than it should be but I also personally think it could deal some damages and scratches to your car. Then my biggest issue is no one answers the phone when it's the way to cancel the membership. Also be careful it's automatic unlimited renewal. So don't make myself thinking it'll be canceled on its own
Seems to do a decent job and the employees usually do well pre washing before you enter. I have two complaints. #1 step up the vacuum game. Half the time they arnt turned on or broke and when they are actually running, they are weak. #2 you are suppose to be open until 7PM but I regularly arrive at 630-645 to find the place is shut down early. Fix these issues and you would earn 5 stars from me!
