The clock continued to run on the bay even when I shut it off. I had a charge a few days later for $25 plus on my card for what was a quick wet spray to remove dust off my car plus a quick blow dry. Never again! What a rip off!
My Red5 needed a wash. Decided to see what Auto Spa would do. I went through once and the young Ken who dried my car said that they weren't happy with the result so they had me go back through! They took care of my car and now Red5 looks great! They definitely deserve tips and shout out for doing such an awesome job! Thanks so much for taking care of me and my baby! You guys ROCK!!! They are rude. Charge you for something you didn't receive and refused to put charge back on my card.
I love this place my dogs like it too...best car wash and dog wash in town... happy to have the dog was so close to the dog wash...
We went to use the dog wash and when we attempted the shampoo cycle, a trickle of water came out but no suds or soap came out. We tried with the conditioner and still didn't get anything. I had to make a quick dash to Albertsons to get shampoo since the dogs were already wet. I will say that is nice to have to tub to wash them in and the warm water. The tub pooled in the middle and were not able to be cleaned at the end. This can be such a nice feature for the animals, but I won't be going back.
