They are rude. Charge you for something you didn't receive and refused to put charge back on my card.
I love this place my dogs like it too...best car wash and dog wash in town... happy to have the dog was so close to the dog wash...
We went to use the dog wash and when we attempted the shampoo cycle, a trickle of water came out but no suds or soap came out. We tried with the conditioner and still didn't get anything. I had to make a quick dash to Albertsons to get shampoo since the dogs were already wet. I will say that is nice to have to tub to wash them in and the warm water. The tub pooled in the middle and were not able to be cleaned at the end. This can be such a nice feature for the animals, but I won't be going back.
Everything seemed to work great for me!
Worst car wash ever, eats the quarters doesn’t even register a HUGE majority, the card reader is bugged.
