Took my money but didn’t give me a car wash!! Be nice to see a refund

Probably the best car wash in Warren Co. I like that you can now use a debit card in the self wash bays too.
Follet Run Car Wash is such a joke. I paid $12 for the premium wash. No undercarriage spray because even though it listed that, it wanted another $2 for the add-on after a swiped my card. It was sloooow. About 5 minutes into my wash, it just stopped. My truck was covered it soap. All the lights were on but nobody was home. I went back and forth trying to get the sensors to trigger, nothing.
