If I could, I would give them a zero star rating. Yesterday, 4/21/2025 I drove my car to the brushless side, selected the $18 full service wash. I placed a $20 bill into the bill acceptor. Instead of $2 change, only one $1 gold coin came out. Then, once the car in front finished their wash, I pulled up waiting for the green light to enter. It never did. I drove through with no wash.
