I had a disappointing experience at South Canal Auto Spa. The brushes were removed at 7:45, which prevented me from scrubbing my car. Unfortunately, the wash did not adequately clean my windows. However, after contacting Auto Spa, the owner took corrective action. I returned the following morning, scrubbed my SUV, and received another wash. I would like to extend my gratitude to the business for resolving the issue. From one business owner to another I want to say THANK YOU!! And apology accepted from the young man
My wife went get her car washed there on Thursday, June 18th, before lunch. When she attempted to pay for her car wash the system kept telling her payment not accepted until after the third attempt to pay. Two days later we realized that the car wash charged us for three car washes at $17 each. I contacted the car wash to see about getting the two extra transactions refunded.
