Vacuum didn’t have any suction, and the windshield wipe I wanted got caught up in the vending machine and didn’t fall. It was difficult to see the letters and numbers on the machine as they were well-worn. Too much wasted money!
auto bay did not work. took my$12 though. left a voicemail but no return phone call.
I have been going here for far longer than is warranted... But I think I'll have to call it quits until they redo it. My comments are for 2017, and 13 Feb 2018, 6 S. Pontiac, Janesville Wi. I have been here numerous times - never an attendant here. They run specials but never can buy that cause no one is here, even today during attendant hours - last time. Customer service F -
An Emergency number would have been nice to have. Got stuck in the auto wash on Milton Ave as none of the doors would open. had to wait for another customer to pay so I could back out. then I paid for the others customers car wash and blocked the entrance to the first bay wash. what good is posting a number if it rings in the office at the building and no one is there to answer it. Emergency contact would have been great here. 12/25/14 @ 2:45pm.
