Bought car end of October Hyrundai i40 rear camera not working was agreed they would replace it trying to contact them no reply give insurance for a year not worth the paper it’s written on Steven was so nice till he got the sale Phillip needs to go on a course for how to treat customers no car mats provide on any cars sales Steven said would see to it My next step small claims court and to look into the insurance that came with the car I don’t believe it’s valid don’t by cars from this place there is no after sales at all

I had a poor experience with the dealership as the car I had bought from Auto Source Belfast (PMG Cars) had to be returned due to faults after a week, and have had to go through Small Claims Court to get back the deposit I had initially put down. I have thankfully received my money back with apologies (better late than never), however it has taken the guts of 3 months and a lot of time and stress to do so. Absolute gangsters, bought a Honda jeep from them and had problems from the outset, all nicey nicey from philip before we handed over the cash, then when we called about the problems it was a different story!! Very nasty on the phone. Said it was fixed and never was, to be honest I think they just took it and parked it up for a couple of days then got us back for it, this happend multiple times and the car was never right.
