I had a poor experience with the dealership as the car I had bought from Auto Source Belfast (PMG Cars) had to be returned due to faults after a week, and have had to go through Small Claims Court to get back the deposit I had initially put down. I have thankfully received my money back with apologies (better late than never), however it has taken the guts of 3 months and a lot of time and stress to do so. Absolute gangsters, bought a Honda jeep from them and had problems from the outset, all nicey nicey from philip before we handed over the cash, then when we called about the problems it was a different story!! Very nasty on the phone. Said it was fixed and never was, to be honest I think they just took it and parked it up for a couple of days then got us back for it, this happend multiple times and the car was never right. Recently bought a renault scenic from philip and 3 weeks later it has packed in.I called him this morning and in fairness he did send someone over to look at the car but he only started the car up and suggested I call the boss? I have spent the whole day calling the office,mobile number and evemtually sent an email and text with no response.
