My car decided on Sunday that it needed to take a little bit of time off and it refused to start on me so Auto solutions took care of my starter issue and got me back on the road
I have worked for the same insurance company (second largest in the USA) as a Auto Property damage Influencer for 30 years. Last month Oct 2025 I had John diagnose my truck for a shuddering that was acting like a fuel starvation problem. It was the torque converter shuddering. It took me 3 shops to have someone find the issue. John was able to resolve my problem, which has gone away. Honest, fair, and reasonable. I would highly recommend!
Came in with several issues. John took great care to explain exactly what needed to be tested and how much each test would cost before they ever touched a thing. Once they determined exactly what repairs were needed, john personally contacted me again to go over pricing. Once I gave them to green light, the repairs were completed lightning fast. I had brought my 2017 Jeep in for a full routine 25K service and checkup, this included replacing engine air filter and 2 interior cabin filters. I thought everything was fine until I went yesterday to a take 5 oil change location and they informed me the 2 cabin filters were never installed and the filter slots were empty. Not only did Ormon Beach Auto Solutions not change the filters but they removed the old ones. Took my 2004 Chevy Silverado to get the serpentine belt replaced. I actually scheduled a time using the website which was really convenient. The price was good, it was a few bucks more than the quote but it was because they used a higher quality belt. Perfectly fine with that, I want the better parts on my truck. I'm very picky on where I get my truck worked on, when I got my truck back it's running a lot smoother than it was. Plus I see they do oil changes.
