I originally had a review here but removed it after I was offered a refund. As they have not issued the refund, I am reposting it and adding more detail to help future customers. I originally brought my van in May for a complete brake job: 4 pairs of pads, 4 rotors, and one caliper. I had purchased the pads myself (Carquest Premium Gold Brake Pads, Ceramic).
