I had my truck worked on at Auto Solutions after I was hit by a vehicle that failed to yield. My truck looked aweful and due to recently moving to the area, I had no idea where I could find a reputable body shop. I had a flatbed take me to auto solutions per their reccomendation and Joe immediately introduced himself and made me feel at ease. I had well over $5,000 in damage to my vehicle. Awful, unprofessional, rude, unorganized, will never recommend to anyone.........had to get a jump start to leave after work was completed.....kept my parts, didn't put things back together, no communication on their part, over charged labor probably from not allowing mechanic to finish job, start stop who knows what actually time was spent on the job at hand......awful experience
Went to auto solutions for my first time after being rear ended. Fantastic service, my truck looks great. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
