First time to use Garage Guys and I was impressed, I will use them again for my next service(s). My A/C was out and engine light was lite. They were able to figure out the problems and got the cold air blowing again. Price was very reasonable ! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, from Mimi to Anthony , the lobby was clean and since I lived close I really did appreciate being shuttle back home and returned when SUV was ready. The staff here were professional, transparent, and polite enough to pull my car into the shop for a quick initial scan at no charge. However, after reading the codes, which didn't pinpoint the exact root problem, the owner quoted me $350 just to perform a deeper diagnostic test to find the issue.While I appreciate that they were upfront about their rates and didn't pressure me, $350 as a base troubleshooting charge is incredibly expensive compared to other shops. Great automotive shop to take your vehicle for servicing. Mimi who works the front was very polite and attentive. All of my questions were answered in detail by Anthony before the vehicle was taken in. My car was ready in no time and the front desk gave me updates along the way. I was provided a list of recommended services with pictures showing wear and tear. Anthony also went over this list with me and explained it all in detail. This is great shop to take your vehicle where they provide great service and honest work.
Came in for an oil change on my Audi S5. Front desk was super welcoming and also received a complimentary inspection. Amazing service!
