We brought our 2009 Lexus 460 for transmission repair and were told we should start by replacing the fluid and filter, even though the car hesitates to move in reverse. We were okay with that plan. What bothered me is the fact I was charged $675 for transmission service that shouldn't be more than $200. I reluctantly paid it knowing I won't be back and can't refer them to anyone. I had to take vehicle in last week for what I thought was a major issue, but turned out to be minor. Garage guys, Anthony and Mimi are always very honest, trustworthy and always explain to you what's going on along with pictures to show you. They always give me peace of mind. Garage guys are the best of the best. Garage guys will always be my 1st choice mechanic.
