They fixed the issue in my Ford Explorer with engine lights on. I have been to other shop and they upsell, telling me to replace 4 parts of the car immediately costing to almost 5000$, but in Garage Guys, they did not jump into replacement immediately but started to check and try something to avoid spending so much. So I end up paying only 1700$ with free loaner car which I use until my car is fixed.
Same great service as on Day 1- quick apt, in and out just as they said. Waited for my car in a pleasant atmosphere with coffee and snacks. The whole group works together as a team- they are friendly and informative. I should mention that J.R. was my service tech- his work is top notch !
