My hybrid wouldn’t start one day, and my friend recommended Auto Solutions. Dustin with the service desk was fantastic, I had my car towed there after he closed one day, and the following day he was able to diagnose and fix it, and I was able to pay online and pick up that evening. He made a very stressful situation so easy, and my car is running great now!
We were on a road trip from Colorado to Arizona and got a flat tire in the middle of the night. We pulled off at a nearby hotel and made a service appointment online with Auto Solutions. First thing in the morning they contacted us and let us know they were very busy and that it might take a while to repair the tire. But after hearing our story, Dustin and his team went out of their way to fit us in and get us back on the road so we didn’t lose a day of our vacation. Customer service like this is rare these days. The staff was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything they found when inspecting my daughter’s car. They were also incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home while we waited for the repairs to be completed. I highly recommend their service department to anyone experiencing vehicle issues—definitely stop by and check them out!
I came to purchase a car that's on there web site for 14,987 I wanted to pay cash and be done with it and Andy the manager told me cash it's 18,500! True bait and switch! Then kept trying to get me to finance when I had the 15,000 in my pocket! There not trying to do good business there trying to take advantage of working people! 14,900 financed is probably about 30,000 once you're done!
