I came in to look at a vehicle they had on their website. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They quickly pulled around the car I wanted to check out while I filled out some paperwork for the test drive. I couldn’t commit at that time and never felt pressured, especially being a female. The process was over 6 hours in the dealership to make the deal happen. Now it has been since February that we purchased the car and they have still not sent over the information to the DMV so we can get plates on the car. Very poor customer service zero communication on this process that keeps dragging out.
I had purchased my 2018 Chevy Colorado zr2. I purchased the truck and after about a week or 2 I noticed the rear shocks leaking. I got into contact with Dustin (the head mechanic). He was super helpful and cooperative in getting the problem solved as soon as possible and made sure that I was taken care of.
