Anna was awesome to work with and made it easy to get our car. It was a great experience. So we had some issues that have been resolved thanks to Dustin and Adrian in the service department. I also appreciate John working with us to get the issues resolved. We still love the car!
Was talking with Dan about getting a car to me in Arkansas. Was told it was going through inspection, then told something was wrong, then told they handled shipping, then told they didn't. Then Dan quit and no one had any idea what I was talking about.
On a recent trip to Texas when my Suburban developed a loud noise coming from the rear ended. I was able to make it back home and left it with Jason, he diagnosed it as a failed rear pinion bearing. He was able to special order a complete bearing set from the manufacture and rebuilt the rear end straight away. Great job done on time and at stated cost. Thank You all.
Ahna helped my daughter buy her first car, explained the process to her and was able find her the best rate, thank you for making it painless! Thank you to Nate that also works the lot there for your help with the car info and getting her old plate off. Definitely recommend this dealership.
