Go elsewhere. It is very convenient because it is right next door to DMV, but there are much better places to go. I made an appointment at 8am since my appointment at DMV was at 9am. I am always early and showed up at 7:50am. No surprise that the doors were still closed. It was 8am and nothing. The smog check employee didn't show up and open the doors until 8:17am.
