Upon arriving at the location to support our local businesses, I was disappointed by the greeting I received. The employee on duty, communicated in a way that came across as unwelcoming and dismissive and rude, as a result I chose not to continue the interaction and went to another location where I was greeted respectfully and had a positive service experience.
