We had Vini over to service our Toyota Hiace and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. We use it as a pet taxi and it is good to have peace of mind that the car is safe to transport the dogs.
From diagnosis to repair, Auto Smart has been fantastic. Their service was fast, transparent, and very reasonably price. I could not be happier. My Mini wouldn’t start and was stuck in the drive way. I booked a mobile diagnosis, and Luke came out finding the issue after an incredibly thorough search. The later repairs were completed at their Wangara workshop, which Liza helped me easily and confidently organise remotely as I was interstate at the time. 5/5 would use again!
Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone who provided the best customer service. Scott re-gassed my a/c and was very informative of the process. He even topped up my coolant and screen wash and checked my oil. He was a very nice guy. I will be coming back here for everything!
Paul just came out to service my vehicle and he was amazing. We’ve been using autosmart for years now and the level of customer service remains top notch. Love your work guys!
