Got my car serviced 2 months ago and the completely stripped my oil bolt and was not notified. I found out by coming to jiffy lube in town and they couldn’t get it off. The person Rick who is a civilian was extremely rude said he didn’t do it and he didn’t know what to tell me and after a back and forth he hanged up on me. The supervisor was out sick and no one else could help me. I want to place a formal complaint
