Needs more PPE.
I dropped this place down to 1 star only because the facility is there and also it's the lowest rating you can give. The staff is alarmingly rude. Chris appears to be the lead guy. He's absolutely useless and acts as if patrons are a bother. There is also Teletubby, usually behind the counter, that invariably has a miserable, disgusted look on his face and makes interaction a chore. "Great experience getting my VA state inspection done here. The staff is knowledgeable and the service was quick. At $20, it’s a convenient and affordable option for anyone with base access. Definitely my go-to spot for annual inspections at Langley!"
Was quoted 200 was charged 900 got it talk down to 750
Replaced my CV axles and tie rods and I didn’t catch his name but the worker there was super helpful overall great experience
