TL;DR- they will treat you like crap, let mechanics break your car and not fix it even under warranty, won’t do work you agree to but won’t tell you. Sells lemons. Don’t buy here. DO NOT BUY HERE!! While I’ve had no major issues with the vehicle itself, my experience with the staff at this location has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve consistently worked to keep my payments up, even during difficult times. Though not always paid exactly on the due date, my payments have always been made. Despite this, the treatment I’ve received has been lacking in empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. I left a review a few months ago but I’m leaving another to just warn people again from buying from this place. Firstly my car is only valued at 5000 dollars so tell me why I’m paying above 20,000 for it. Secondly in the first year of owning the car I’ve had to spend over 1000 on repairs and now the engine is blown. Third on the due date of payment if it is not received by 9 am they will spam call you til you answer. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Worst thing I ever did was get a car from here! It is a real POS!! I got a 2015 jeep Patriot and had to fix the breaks on it within the first week. I’ve had this car a little over a year and atleast once a month I am fixing something! Also, when fixing the car there are random parts, bolts, pieces ect missing!
