Paid for best choice from touchless wash and equipment was malfunctioning to the point I literally drove away with soap all over my truck…. when I tried to contact the number, not necessarily for a refund, but to notify them of the problem, I instantly get forwarded to voicemail with no option of leaving a message multiple times

This is the second time I left this car wash. Because a person driving a red construction truck, which was parked in the Bay backwards. He comes out and says to me. Do not Bang the car Mat off the right cement or metal wall. Whatever it was claiming, it was going to get dirt everywhere. Second time. First time about 2 years ago, he put $4 of change in the machine for some reason. He started screaming so I left. Today I left again because he tells me not to Bang the rug off the wall. They take very long to fix broken equipment, they never respond to calls. When you need help, the Auto washer doors stay open 24h, even during an active washing session. I was charged twice and still the machine refused to work.

Good car wash to go to. Very good water pressure and good vacuum.

$15.00 for a full service car wash and wax. Car wash left with soap on it still which has dried and now full of soap stains on car. Not worth the money and feel I was scammed out of the poor wash.
