Touchless machine on the left continues to spray / drip water on your car during the drying cycle essentially making the drying cycle useless... I also believe they are false advertising undercarriage cleaning. They only have the wheel / side blasters. Im not 100% on that though and will need to further investigate. But it didn't look like they had true undercarriage cleaning.

The best vacuum suction. I like washing the car manually. The hand-held dryer is a joke. REQUEST: crevice tool at one of the vacuum stations.- then it would be 5*'s
I like the fact that they have a salt preventer for an extra $3 I'm sure it's going to be well worth it
I love going here the card machine almost never works 5 to 10 time of screwing with it before it takes there have been a few times I have just left because it's so frustrating
