We ran into some trouble with our van on a trip , and stopped at First Stop Automotive where Ben was able to help us out with our van! Both the receptionist and Ben had a friendly attitude!!

Avoid this business this guy Tracy kept us in Ritzville for over a year after royally screwing up my truck and giving up after we had to pay upfront the dealership in Moses lake got us back on the road he refused to refund money had to go to court and won still no payment total small town shyster

We broke down in ritzville 23 weeks ago, we ended up taking our truck here and was told needed head gaskets replaced. We are still sitting here, head gaskets replaced but he messed something up, on a brand new motor that was replaced two years ago, so we are looking at thousands to fix what he screwed up!update, we are still here and tracy rarely comes to work, he avoids it like the plague and has not touched pur vehicle or suggested someone who knows what they are doing, i feel a lawsuit comingfor damage done to our motor f... read more
