Kimberly Gade is A+. I was extremely nervous to ship my car, but was referred to ASG/Kim by a friend and could not have asked for a smoother process. She was highly communicative and held my hand through the whole process. Worst ever. Never go to them! They are probably one of the worst ever at communicating with you. This should be an easy smooth transition but yet it was more worries than buying a car. The vehicle took longer than it should have to delivered. The delivery company they chose to deliver is not responsive at all to calls as well. This agency won’t help you with anything. Such a disappointing experience. Never using them again. I’ll go to the bigger brands company next time
