Horrendous services out of Colorado Springs. My daughter scheduled a transport only to be told by the driver it would "take weeks" before he could pick up. The dispatcher was of NO HELP and would not return our calls. Contacted Manager (Kimberly Gates) who was RUDE, blaming the "holidays." She did not offer a remedy or at the very least apologize? Mind you, the transport was paid up front. We are on a timeline and chose this company for its locality and reviews. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE save yourself a headache and DO NOT USE.

Tige was very rude and unhelpful. Communicating how he would fire employees for offering an estimate to customers. Very very unprofessional

My husband just PCS’d for the military, and we needed someone to ship my car after I had already left the state. They were wonderful and walked me through every step of the way. Gave a very fair estimate, and had my Subaru Forester shipped within 2-3 days. There was a $250 deposit, and the rest was paid in cash to the driver. Called the number and it got forwarded to a non-local number (guys out of Boston I think). I spoke with Travis and he was professional but I was still a little on my guard having called other companies and being told to stay local. That said I was quoted a fair price roughly $600 from the Springs to NW Iowa. One thing I was warned about by a couple local companies that shipping companies would bait and switch you. I highly recommend this company to ship your vehicle. They are reliable, courteous, friendly, and really goes out of their way to take care of their customers. Gretchen was simply outstanding and kept in touch with me throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, and knows her business. Give them a try, and I promise you, won't be disappointed. What are you waiting for?
