Just tried this touchless car wash for the 1st time, very disappointed in the results. Lots of dirt still left on my vehicle. The wash mechanism on the passengers side of the car didn't seem to be operating 1/2 the time, the sprayer for the under carriage was not working at all. I will have to take it through another car wash just to get the remaining dirt cleaned off. For the price I was expecting better results. I bought the “Ultra Tunnel” membership plan. It is worth it. One of the first things I look at in an automatic car wash is the condition of the brushes are they clean. Many are not you can tell easily. Here they are immaculate. So I know that my truck is not getting dirt, beaten into it and scratched. Also, the attendance at the beginning really do a complete brush down. If you like having to wait at least an hour anytime you want to get a car wash then this is the place for you. Wash isn’t anything special compared to others. The location is the best thing they’ve got going for them. One would think, especially with all the unlimited packages that they sell they would have more than one touchless bay.
This place is great, the staff cares and is friendly. They have many different membership plans, I just got the all inclusive package and they treat me like a VIP and also get 40% detailing wow!! There is no car wash like this, great job guys!!
I have had a monthly subscription but had trouble with a very aggressive employee. Asked to see the manager. He said he was one. Called when I got home and this person said they were the manager. Apparently everyoneis a manager! Ask for the owners contact info and he wouldn't give it to me. Found 3 more that do a much better job.
