I am sorry that you didn't care about my handicapped parking placard. It was left in a 2018 Honda CRV that is white due to front end damage. Also, you didn't mail it to the owner of the car. The handicapped placards belong to disabled people and these placards are medical necessities, are part of the Americans with Disabilities Act and these get certified by a doctor. My father forgot to take the placard out of the Honda a week ago and I know that you should mail them to the people who drop off the cars in the first place if... read more
