Amature shoddy work after having car for a month. They incorrectly assessed the car for an insurance claim indicating that we caused the damage when that was clearly not the case (straight scratches across the side of the body and tire. If the car was moving the scratches would go around the tire, not straight across it). That caused a dispute to be filed with the insurance company which took weeks of headaches to resolve.
