I brought my car here after my air conditioning stopped working and paid over $3,000 to have it repaired. I was told the system would be completely new “like it was right off the line” as the mechanic stated. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Been dealing with the ASE team in Grove City for several years. After the recent bad weather, my oil life warning came on indicating a need for a oil change imminently. Took it to a big chain to have them do it on the quick and the big chain couldn’t tell the difference between an oil dipstick and a transmission fluid stick. Took our Jeep Renegade in a while back because the AC had a leak. I informed the shop that I had recharged it a week prior and the AC worked for that week, but then it started blowing out hot air again. They checked it out, called me and said it was good to go. They recharged the system and said there were no leaks. A week later, it was empty again, so I called them and they had me bring it back in. This time they said they found a leak. Dropped my car off at Auto Service Experts Dec.30th they diagnosed it a broken cv axle ordered the part but received the wrong one so reordered the next day and fixed the car Dec.31st, they worked hard to get my car back before the holiday assuming I might need to travel. GOD BLESS THEM
I was losing antifreeze found out my water pump was going bad. They took care of it on a holiday week. I was very appreciative of there service.
