They also gave me pointers on how to discuss repairs with the dealership and what businesses were nearby for us to check out while we waited. They went above and beyond the service I paid for.
Took our Jeep Renegade in a while back because the AC had a leak. I informed the shop that I had recharged it a week prior and the AC worked for that week, but then it started blowing out hot air again. They checked it out, called me and said it was good to go. They recharged the system and said there were no leaks. A week later, it was empty again, so I called them and they had me bring it back in. This time they said they found a leak.
