If I could give them a lower review than a 1, I would. He way overcharged me for a simple fix, & then 2 days later, the car breaks in the exact same place. So we take it back to him & he says, "Oh, I didn't know that this part was broken too". What good is a mechanic that can't even diagnose the issue? Then he lied to us & told us if we buy the parts, he would fix it, it would be faster and he wouldn't charge us for labor. Amazing service! Very professional and honest hard working people. My husband and my son had a major car issue on their way to an event in Cincinnati,OH. After multiple trips to car shops around the area and many giving them the round around. These guys Auto Services Cruz came through.
