I usually dont write reviews, but was very impressed with their service and Mr. Dalton. Had just recently purchased a used volvo s60 and brought in to service to see about a few minor repairs and to complete their luxury package. Was treated very kindly and professionally from the start. They arranged and paid for an uber driver to take me near downtown Dallas before going to the airport. Customer service is top notch!! From the time I drive up to the time I pick up my car, communication is excellent. The service advisors communicate well, treat everyone with respect and are very responsive! My car is always returned in great condition.
Service was exceptional. Nathan was very professional and provided daily updates on our service progress.
