Great service very knowledgeable very fair prices
Horrible customer service I called in to ask if they had some tires available for me to get put on my truck and immediately was met by a very rude man who answered the phone very quickly I did not even understand what he said and had to ask to make sure that I was calling the right place. Haven't felt this place out yet. Took the wife's car here because of a noise they say it needs stabilizer links ik made an appointment had the wife drop the car off and a day later her car was done so get it home. Driving around bit even a week later the same clunking noise in the wife's car so take it back up there n now they say the rear shocks r leaking? I have mechanical experience n if you have a vehicle on a hoist looking under it for a clunking noise and you notice stabilizer links but didn't notice the shocks leaking... read more
The manager here is a jerk I feel he’s one of those people if he doesn’t like you he treats you differently.. my car needed a timing chain he told me they couldn’t do it and I’d need to take it to a dealership because you need a “special tool” went right down the road to parkdale auto and they did it no questions asked.. I wonder how the owner would feel if he knew they were turning away $1,000+ jobs
Would not recommend took my vehicle in for an oil leak replaced something’s that needed to be replaced but did not fix the initial leak problem never mentioned that they could not or wouldn’t fix only when confronted ( because I ended up taking my car somewhere else and was advised I still had a leak) they said can’t do it… Place is a joke wouldn’t even take my car there to get an oil change
