I had a fender bender and when I phoned looking to inquire about an appointment, the lady just told me to come down any time. I met wonderful and kind people who helped me with my claim and futures steps. The shop was full of vehicles and everyone looked quite happy. A nice change for an automotive environment. I'll update once my car is fixed 😀 Picked up my car today and it's absolutely beautiful ❤️ Thank you Joe for your care and your staff for great craftsmanship.
Highly recommend! Unfortunately, my beloved red 2006 Jaguar XJ Super V8 "kissed" a concrete pillar in a parkade, doing considerable damage to the rear driver side door and rear panel. Joe was delightful to work with, and his team restored my baby to her former beauty! I cannot thank them enough!

We had a scratch on the side of our car near the back wheel and came to Auto Sense to get it fixed. From the very beginning, Tony was kind, friendly and fair in the pricing. Out of all the places I inquired with, they gave me the best quote, and even though I ended up going through insurance, they made the process smooth and stress-free with immediate ICBC approval. Most importantly, the repair work was excellent—our car honestly looks brand new. Great service, fair pricing, and amazing results. Highly recommend!
