Absolutely do not recommend. My paperwork was incorrect, the lady I dealt with was very rude after the sale, after their mistake. The check engine light came on less than 20 miles after leaving with the vehicle. Now the vehicle will not start, headlights malfunctioning. BEWARE!!!Â
Very weird vibe. I showed up they told me to fill out the online application. I did that. Called 2 hours later and they didn't even know who I was. He looked up the info and said he would call would call me 30 mins later. Nothing. Called back after another 2 hours again he forgot who I was. Told me I had to email him bank statement and he will call me back. 2 hours later no phone calls so I called again again he did no know who I was. Absolutely terrible experience with AutoSells4Less. These people have no idea what professionalism is. They kept telling me they were âworking on getting me approvedâ and would call me back but never did. I was the one constantly calling to check in, and every time I did, they acted clueless like weâd never even spoken before. Itâs ridiculous how they play games with peopleâs time. Very unprofessional experience. I was told they were working on getting me approved for a vehicle and that I would receive a call back soon but that never happened. I had to keep calling them myself, and every time I did, they acted like they had no idea who I was or what was going on. It felt like I was getting the runaround the entire time.
