I recently bought 2013 lexus is300h. Within 40 days of purchase, the car battery got flat all of a sudden, and i had to ring my insurance to jump start it. I told Nav(dealer/owner) about it, and he said that i must have left any lights on. Later on the end of the second month of purchase, slowly, it was every day's issue. Upon talking to him for replacing it, all he said "it doesn't cover in warranty as it comes under wear and tear same like tires and brakes. !!! Be aware Buyer !!! They try to sell a car with reverse odometer, luckly i check on car jam and still i have to pay $500 for there fault... no good very disappointed.
I haven't bought a car yet but I have been dealing with Nav for the past few weeks on my car buying journey. Navs understanding, patience and knowledge has been a breath of fresh air as I have been dealing with a number of dealerships and my own experience here at auto sell has stood out in a good way. From my current experience I can highly recommend Nav - very approachable, friendly and understanding 🙂
WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE! Owner Nav Singh is extremely hostile and aggressive. He threatened to "Jab my head in" and was about to assault me had i not walked away. All because i was trying to explain to him how the product he was selling was not same as the photos in the listing. I will be filing a police report.
