I've had a couple good experiences here, but in July 2025 I was taken advantage of as an older woman who doesn't know a lot about cars. I needed front brakes on my 2012 Subaru outback, but following their check they called at ~5pm & said I needed new pads, AND rotors, AND calipers on both front AND back brakes! (despite rear pads being 60% good, they made up a story about "corroded calipers", & said I need everything replaced in the rear too- $2k total b/c they added a few other items that I doubt I needed either in hindsigh... read more
This place is great! Super friendly and communicative. I came in with an issue on my truck breaks and I also needed an alignment. Chris was super helpful explaining what the issue was, and even had the patience to let me get my dad on the other line so he could hear it too. I was nervous to take my truck in, even though it’s somewhat of a beater I love my truck so much. These guys reassured me they would take good care of my truck, and that’s exactly what they did.
