Took my vehicle in prior to selling it asking them to check it over for anything wrong, they told me it was all set. Less than 15 minutes of driving it later a good portion of the muffler fell off. They also told my girlfriend it would take 750 dollars to fix her windshield wiper transmission after “checking it out in the shop”. Auto select has been transparent on cost and diagnoses. i appreciate that they always call me with diagnoses and costs before making repairs. That little bit of communication means a lot! They have been easy to work with for scheduling and getting timely repairs. And, repairs done right the first time !!.
Brought my truck in a week ahead of schedule and they turned it around in a day. Not exactly a quick job but they made it one and did not sacrifice quality. No upselling, just small additional items after getting deeper into the problem, which was expected as I neglect the vehicle. I’ll be a customer as long as I’m in the GB area!
Pros: *Free diagnosing *Free loaner *Easy to get service *Accommodating to my needs Cons: *Cost more than other place I checked with *Loaner cars (minivans) offered are not great (& not very pretty either) *Loaner cars are plastered with the company logo all over every window (embarrassing to drive) Overall ...
