Bought an Audi A6 Avant - found to have a diesel leak which I have been assured has been there for quite some time. Tried calling the company multiple times and they won't answer the phone. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. Avoid this company like the plague. Absolute con-artists.
By far the worst customer experience I have ever had! Bought this car for almost 12k and when it shows up it is filthy full of dog hairs in the back like piles of it. Call the dealer and he knocks £100 off to get a valet. Fair, even though it’s a very basic thing to clean a car before a sale. Car runs great for 17 days although they never sent off my V5 and I had to apply for it myself through the DVLA(Alarm bells should have been going off after the cleanliness of the car but definitely are now) on the 17th day the car goes... read more
THIS IS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I am sure if my car was in good condition I would have no complaints, they sold me it quick, we did a reasonable deal. I purchased a BMW 5 series with 55k miles for £9500. BUT WITHIN A MONTH THE CAR NEEDED REPAIR AND EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY DISSAPEARED. Not answering calls, not answering emails, total avoidance. I have had two brief conversations where I was told very little about the process and I would need to get the car fixed myself and try to claim it back.... read more
Great Customer Service first time buyer and will recommend buying from them. Purchased Rs3 be honest greatest purchase ever made start to finish especially having to travel a long distance it was a very good experience and journey. Harris was very knowledgeable and professional and was welcomed by the staff was provided chauffeur from the airport to the dealership. Absolute monster of a car will be back in the future for another one.
