They were kind And courteous. They had a loaner we could use. They work was well done and the price wasn't too bad. Definitely would recommend.
I had confirmed an appointment for 9am 5/6 - showed up and there was no appointment in the system but they fit me in regardless. I do have a lot of issues with my car because of my stupid neglection and I know from my first experience with the mechanics today that I can trust Auto Select to help me in the future. I had done some business with Auto Select App East in the past, had some issues with ADDITIONAL CHARGES, but wanted to give them another opportunity.... Was clear in my request for quote and that I was looking for a price-not-to-exceed for a straight forward fix. Was also clear that in order to get my business back that I was not interested in exceed the quote $962.00, which I was assured for the work to be complete and warrantied.
