I had done some business with Auto Select App East in the past, had some issues with ADDITIONAL CHARGES, but wanted to give them another opportunity.... Was clear in my request for quote and that I was looking for a price-not-to-exceed for a straight forward fix. They're always super friendly, reliable and have fair pricing.
Had a blown radiator, called the dealership, and was told it would take a week. Called this place and had my car in at noon and finished by the afternoon on the same day! Very impressed, will be back for all my service needs.
I was told by multiple people that they were fair priced, but it doesn’t really seem like it
I guess I’m the only one who has had multiple issues here. They have tried to fix the same issue about 2-4 times. Feel like at this point they replace random parts to funnel money out of you or they just don’t know what the issue is. Every time I go the manager plays games with me. Telling me twice now I had a appointment I didn’t have. He told me to come once at the wrong time then proceeded to argue with me that he never said that refusing to take accountability for anything like I’m stupid.
