Ezra made the process of buying a car so easy! Within one week of reaching out, he found a car that matched every request I had and was within budget. He helped bring the total price down by several thousand. This was my first time buying a vehicle so he also took the time to explain the process and reasoning for each step. He was very personable and quickly established a trusting relationship with me! Highly recommend Ezra and his team to anyone looking to make this process painless.
I signed an agreement to have him negotiate the purchase price of a new car and paid him the $577 deposit he required. I then brought him to the dealership where I had picked out that new car. He did nothing to negotiate the purchase price of that car. I asked him what I paid him for if he did not even attempt to negotiate the price. He said “that is the risk you take when you hire me”. Brandon helped my mother find a new car in short order. She told him what was needed and all she did was show up to sign the papers. Brandon and the team did all the work for her & she didn't have to sit in the office for hours on in. I highly recommend their services.
