I have been a customer for over a year now and never had any issues, just the occasional missed spots here and there. Today I dropped off the car to get the maintenance package like I usually do and as I went to pick it up I always inspect my car to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary. As Im inspecting my car I notice this sticky clear substance on the hood and on the door near the handle as seen in the pictures.
