Sketchy. Called to get spark plugs replaced. I pass this place all the time and see cars going in and out of the garages for repairs. I live right down the road, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I explained what was going on with the truck and the guy asked, "Who are you to tell me this? I'm the mechanic, not you. I'll tell you what's wrong with your car, not the other way around.
