Vanessa was fantastic, very helpful. I've had an issue with a rear 1/4 panel popping out and have been to 2 on brand dealers and 2 independents, to no avail. I popped in on the off chance that ARX could help. Vanessa was on it. Repaired it while I waited! Great service!
Everyday pick up enterprise rent car and pick up customers.
The people who work there were very nice but the actual repair and service provided was dismal. Over 2 years waiting for a piece to be correctly installed. Nothing. Calling multiple times and always getting the "someone will call you with a date" routine. The panel they painted was also quite a bit darker than the original color. There were plenty of excuses. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Great experience here. Everyone was very nice and professional, especially Juju.
