This is a follow-up review on the case between Monica and Dustin shes 100% telling the truth she took me in for a oil change and to get the radiator replaced and my fuel was a lil rich well dustin did alot of work she didnt ask for while beating around the bush on the main issue at hand he did a oil change DUMPED OUT THE OLD OIL FILTER AND FILLED IT WITH NEW OIL IN THE OLD FILTER THEN ADDED STOP LEAK TO MY RADIATOR INSTEAD OF FIXING IT DID SOME BREAK WORK AND UNPLUGGED MY 4 spark plug which caused me to have a misfire in cyl... read more
SCAMMER ALERT ILLEGAL PRACTICES‼️ All the other comments are fake!! My aunt took her car up here, paid $1200 to get it fixed. It came back with a NEW problem and STILL wasn’t driving right. Asked them to fix it RIGHT! They Told her it might need a tune up and she had to pay EXTRA for a problem the car NEVER had before coming there! Took it to another mechanic shop and they said this place PURPOSELY UNPLUGGED THE SPARK PLUGS AND TRIED TO MAKE HER PAY FOR IT!! the spark plugs were fine BEFORE they touched the car! I had a great experience at OGS Auto Repair. Mike did an excellent job replacing the rotors and pads on my SUV. He was efficient, professional, and took the extra step to test-drive my car before and after the work to make sure everything was safe and ready. This is one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. I first visited these guys today. I called ahead and told them what I was looking for and they were able to fit me in right away. I got to the shop about five minutes later and Dustin greeted me and got started working on my car right away. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had.
