I have been using Auto Repair shop of San Clemente for about a year and every time I had some repairs done on my older Toyota, Haik took extra time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Auto Repair of San Clemente deserves 5 stars, easily. I was so impressed by the friendliness and the honesty of the employees there from the moment I called them on the phone to bring my car in. They were constantly providing me updates on the status of my vehicle as well as even prior to any work being done gave me quotes from similar jobs for previous customers to give me an idea of the cost and timeline of my repairs. These guys are pros! If you have challenging auto problems, this is the shop for you. I had a 2017 Subaru Forester with a knocking noise when turning the wheel. Figured it would have been a tierod or control arm, but it was actually the steering gear assembly failing. Even though I didn’t perform the inspection, Jeff provided clearly annotated pictures of the problem area. Which gave me a ton of trust in their diagnosis. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
