Came to honor warranty service and was told Luis was on vacation for two weeks and that without him, the computer can't be accessed. Asked for an alternate number for Luis and was lied to. Paco said he had no way to call him. So I'm forced to pay for my alternator AGAIN. I'll be back and Will definitely be seeking legal damages as soon as my vehicle is running again. Luis and his crew are friendly, honest, and professional. It’s rare to find a mechanic who recommends only the work you actually need without trying to upsell. They handled my rear brakes and a brake fluid flush due to the high mileage on my car, and everything was done efficiently and with integrity. I appreciate their transparency and will continue bringing my car here.
We had a little incident with a curb and wanted the van checked over to be sure she was safe to continue driving. We were seen and out of there with a repair plan for another state withing a couple of hours on a Friday morning. As we are on a vacation trip, it was excellent and fast service.
