About a month ago we were driving down the highway and our water pump literally exploded and it was right around 5pm… we called around and the guys at the shop said “come on by, well take care of you”. That they did, they sent a driver to pick up the pump 1hr each way (2hrs) and they installed it that evening. I was out of there in 3hrs. Amazing customer service!
Was on a cross country trip when I had an issue with my vehicle. The staff were so nice and polite as I had my 3 dogs in the back as well as my toddler. They fixed the issue so quick and got us back on the road FAST. Im so thankful they could look at my vehicle at such short notice and help me quick. I cant thank yall enough!
I was impressed with our initial interaction in which they determined what the problem with my car was. I left planning to schedule the work the following week. The problem got worse on the drive home so I unexpectedly returned the following morning. Although I had no choice other than waiting for repair, they worked me in despite the number of cars on the lot.
