My family and I were moving from Florida to Ohio, we were traveling on 75 and our truck started acting up. My son and I were in the truck. I looked up auto repair shop in the Waze App and found Tom. I called and he told me that he was not taking new customers he would help us. He had me call his brother who does his towing (keep in mind I had no real landmarks to offer except going N on 75) and they found me within 30 min of my call.
