It’s true! Very rude staff! Unprofessional and classless. Avoid at all cost.
I don't even want to put 1 star. Horrible customer service. Rude!!! Charge me $10 to put air in my tire. They told me I need a new tire and show me an old tire with nail on for $50. I said no. Then I ask do I owe them anything. One guy didn't have clue. Other one said $10. I asked why they said something in their language. I paid the money. Never ever going back their again.
Worst place in the city. Avoid them. Add below after woos response: Just want to share my experiences with readers and let you determine a smart way to avoid being next victim. I sent my car to them to replace the alternator. I deposited $100 for the service. After 4 hours they called me and claim that they are not able to removed the old alternator because the belt release got rusted. However they refused to refund me. Be smart . Trap here. Shame on you. I thought you don't care about your reputation. Customer is the judge, not the greedy seller.
